10-Minute Punctuality Rule
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the reservation is automatically cancelled to protect the session time of the next client. The booking deposit is non-refundable. Please contact the studio in advance if delayed.
20,000 KRW Booking Deposit
All appointments booked through Naver require a 20,000 KRW deposit to confirm designer allocation. Cancellations or schedule changes are not permitted on the day of or the day prior to your visit.
Up to 3-Person Group Sessions
We accommodate up to 3 people simultaneously for nail treatments. Each visitor is assigned an individual nail technician for personalized care.
